Ken Marlin

American Investment Banker, International Strategist and Author

Biography

Ken Marlin is an American investment banker, international strategist, and author of The Marine Corps Way to Win on Wall Street: 11 Key Principles from Battlefield to Boardroom.

He is the founder and managing partner of Marlin & Associates, an award-winning boutique investment bank and strategy advisor. In 2014, Institutional Investor named Marlin to their "Tech 50" as one of the 50 most influential people in the financial technology industry, and In 2015 Institutional Investor named Marlin as one of the 35 most influential people in Fintech finance.

Marlin holds BA from the University of California (Irvine), an MBA from UCLA, and a post-MBA Advanced Professional Certificate in Corporate Strategy from New York University. He also is a member of the Board of Directors and the Executive Committee of the Phoenix House Foundation; a Trustee and Board Member of the Madison Square Boys and Girls Club; and member of the Business Administration Board of Advisors of the University of the People.



Irene Chang Britt

Irene Chang Britt is an experienced and forward-thinking independent board director -- widely sought out for innovative perspectives on corporate governance and she is currently Board member at Dunkin Brands (Dunkin Donuts) and Tailored Brands (Men’s Wearhouse, Jos. A. Bank, and others)

As a National Association of Corporate Directors Board Leadership Fellow and afrequent speaker on corporate governance best practices, Britt is a highly regarded boardroom leader on global strategy, changing consumer desires, cultural transformation and the impacts of new technologies.

Prior to joining Dunkin and Tailored Brands, Irene was General Manager at Mondelez International and President at Campbell’s. She was also a board director at Sunoco.



Andrew Yang

Biography

Andrew is the Founder and CEO of Venture for America, and has worked in startups and early-stage growth companies as a founder or executive for more than twelve years.

He was the CEO and President of Manhattan GMAT, a test prep company that was acquired by the Washington Post/Kaplan in 2009. He has also served as the co-founder of an Internet company and an executive at a health care software startup.

Andrew has been selected by the White House as a Presidential Ambassador for Global Entrepreneurship and a Champion of Change for his work with Venture for America. He is the author of “Smart People Should Build Things,” published by Harper Business (excerpts here and at Amazon). He was named one of Fast Company’s “100 Most Creative People in Business,” and has appeared on CNBC, Morning Joe, Fox News, TIME, Techcrunch, the Wall St. Journal, and more.

He is a graduate of Columbia Law and Brown University.

Russell Sarder is an American business Author, Entrepreneur and CEO of Learning. Under his leadership, NetCom Learning has become a multimillion-dollar business. In 2008 and 2011, Inc 5000 Magazine listed NetCom Learning as one of the fastest growing private companies in the USA and in 2015 Microsoft has chosen NetCom Learning as its Learning Partner of the Year.

Sarder is the author of Building An Innovative Learning Organization. He has been featured in Yahoo Finance, CNBC, Daily News and the New York Times; his television appearances include CBS Market Watch, and NY1. Sarder is also a business practitioner and mentor for MBA students and alumni at Columbia University.

Sarder was a winner of the 2011 Top Ten Asian American Business Awards and 50 Outstanding Asian Americans in Businesses. Sarder is also the CEO of Sarder TV, and other smaller companies. He is also a philanthropist and the benefactor of Netcom Learning’s Sarder Scholarship, awarded monthly to individuals who wish to begin or advance their IT careers.

Vaishali has been working in the media industry for 14 years and has been Sarder TV Anchor since 2014.

Prior to joining Sarder TV, she had her own CEO talk show on Bloomberg TV that she anchored and produced. In addition, while living in India, she was an anchor and reporter for one the largest media companies in the country.

Prior to endeavor in India, Vaishali worked as a Management Consultant in the finance industry in New York City. She has a Bachelor’s degree in Management with a concentration in Finance and her Master’s degree in Organizational Psychology.
