Jeanne Beliveau-Dunn

Biography

Jeanne Beliveau-Dunn is a recognized thought leader on the workforce of the future and an expert in education, the social enterprise, and knowledge systems. As an expert in the workforce of the future, she consults and presents to business and government leaders across the globe. She was recognized as one of “The 2015 Top 50 Most Powerful Women in Technology” by the National Diversity Council, which features the most influential female executive leadership across America’s leading corporations.

During her more than 20-year career with Cisco, Jeanne brought the first social education system in the industry (The Cisco Leaning Network) to market in 2008. In 2015, while finishing her book I’m the Boss of Me. A Guide to Owning Your Career, she founded The Internet of Things Talent Consortium to empower and accelerate a more agile workforce in the digital economy.

Jeanne is Vice President and Chief Knowledge Officer at Cisco Systems, where she leads several businesses including education. She is president and chairman of the Internet of Things Talent Consortium. She also serves on a number of advisory boards for organizations committed to continuous learning and talent.

Tom Evans

Former, Chief Learning Officer at PWC

Biography

Tom Evans was the driving force behind the everyday development of PwC’s 41,000 US partners, principals and staff. As a 37-year veteran of the firm and Chief Learning Officer (CLO) since 2003, he dedicated himself to cultivating and advancing the firm’s culture of ongoing professional development.

With his innovative and collaborative approach, Tom helped to position the L&D team as a trusted partner and integral driver in executing PwC’s business and human capital strategies. Each year, the team delivers two million hours of virtual, face-to-face and blended learning experiences. Under his leadership, PwC was recognized as No. 1 Training Magazine’s Top 125 from 2008 to 2010 and joined Top 10 Hall of Fame in 2011. In addition, in 2014 Tom received Chief Learning Officer’s prestigious CLO of The Year Award, which recognizes learning leaders who have made substantive and measurable change in business, vision, strategic alignment or leadership.

Tom is a former advisory board member for the Center for Leadership and Ethics (COLE) – part of Duke University’s Fuqua School of Business – and a member of the Association of the US Army (AUSA), the ASTD and the AICPA.

Dennis Budinich

Biography

Dennis Budinich is the Chief Culture Officer at Investors Bank and a recognized thought leader and member of The National Speakers Association. He has been a speaker for numerous corporate events and at industry conferences across the country.

Prior to joining Investors Bank, Dennis co-founded FTC Methods Inc in 2004, a highly successful professional development and consulting firm which operated primarily in the financial services industry. In his capacity as co-founder, Dennis developed engaging learning programs, and was a highly sought after public speaker, motivator, and educator.

Throughout his entire career, Dennis has dedicated himself to helping others be their best by sharing with them the most effective success principles and how to apply them. Danielle Harlan

Author and Award Winning Instructor at Stanford University

Biography

Danielle Harlan is the CEO of the Center for Advancing Leadership and Human Potential and author of the leadership book, The New Alpha. Prior to launching the Center, she was the Chief of Operations for the Carnegie Foundation, where she worked to harness the power of networks and quality improvement strategies in order to solve important educational problems.

Named one of Silicon Valley's "40 Under 40," Danielle has also been a speaker for TEDx and worked as an instructor at the Stanford Graduate School of Business and U.C. Berkeley Extension's Corporate and Professional Development Program. In addition, she has been featured in leading publications such as Fast Company, Forbes, and Women's Health.

Danielle started her career as a Teach For America corps member and later served as a mentor and advisor for Global Leadership Adventures, an international leadership development and service program. In addition to teaching in the U.S., she has taught in Brazil, China, Costa Rica, and South Africa. She is a member of the International Leadership Association, the Association for Practical and Professional Ethics, and the National Association for Female Executives.

Russell Sarder

Biography

Russell Sarder is an American business Author, Entrepreneur and CEO of Learning. Under his leadership, NetCom Learning has become a multimillion-dollar business. In 2008 and 2011, Inc 5000 Magazine listed NetCom Learning as one of the fastest growing private companies in the USA and in 2015 Microsoft has chosen NetCom Learning as its Learning Partner of the Year.

Sarder is the author of Building An Innovative Learning Organization. He has been featured in Yahoo Finance, CNBC, Daily News and the New York Times; his television appearances include CBS Market Watch, and NY1. Sarder is also a business practitioner and mentor for MBA students and alumni at Columbia University.

Sarder was a winner of the 2011 Top Ten Asian American Business Awards and 50 Outstanding Asian Americans in Businesses. Sarder is also the CEO of Sarder TV, and other smaller companies. He is also a philanthropist and the benefactor of Netcom Learning’s Sarder Scholarship, awarded monthly to individuals who wish to begin or advance their IT careers.

Biography

Vaishali has been working in the media industry for 14 years and has been Sarder TV Anchor since 2014.

Prior to joining Sarder TV, she had her own CEO talk show on Bloomberg TV that she anchored and produced. In addition, while living in India, she was an anchor and reporter for one the largest media companies in the country.

Prior to endeavor in India, Vaishali worked as a Management Consultant in the finance industry in New York City. She has a Bachelor’s degree in Management with a concentration in Finance and her Master’s degree in Organizational Psychology.
